Wonderous Leftover Pud

There are still nine days left until Christmas but I am already thinking about what I should do with my leftover Christmas pudding.

Actually I’ve already bought a very reasonably priced pudding, cooked it and have left it to cool so that I can make some of Nigella’s amazing Christmas Puddini Bonbons – if you’ve not tried this recipe yet (it’s from her Christmas book) I urge you to give it a go – they are completely scrummy and are perfect to give away as presents.
