I love sprouts. I won’t lie and say I always have, I haven’t. In fact most of the sprouts from my childhood were slyly fed to the dog under the table (who of course, promptly spat them out)….yes, a labrador can be that picky!
Sprouts are something that I’ve grown to like and now I really enjoy them. I no longer see them as an awkward, bitter accompaniment to an otherwise perfect lunch. They are tasty, flavoursome little green bundles of goodness and I wouldn’t want Christmas dinner without them.
